Personal Training

Personal Training services are as follows:

  • Bodybuilding
  • Weight loss/aesthetics
  • Powerlifting
  • Sports Performance

All of those areas of focus can be overlapped into each other to create your best package as well as specializing in each of them. My experience in this business has allowed me to work with a variety of clients to help them achieve their best results.

As part of the personal training package I have one to four day per week packages available depending on your time, budget, and needs. As part of that package I include:

  • Workouts on off days through a phone app called Train Heroic. Android or iPhone.
  • I expect three or four days commitment from you. If you train one or two with me, that means you will have workouts to perform on days we are not together where I will provide them to you. This ensures that you have accountability to train on your own and keep progress moving.
  • Nutritional counseling to meet your specific needs.
  • Goal sessions to set your goals, measurements taken to ensure we are on track for those goals.
