I had started working with Jay back in July of this year, so I am currently into my fourth month of training. As of June I was down 100# and was curious to see what working with a qualified online trainer could do to change my physique. I am in my mid 40’s and as the saying goes, “I want to be in the best shape of my life”.
The goal became less about the scale and more about esthetics. I want to look fierce and for people to say, “damn that chick works out”.
I prefer to work out on my own so being an online client works well for me. Jay is always quick to respond if I ever have a question or need a change. Probably my favorite thing about working with Jay is the variety of the workouts. I am being introduced to new things, some I hate and some I love, but I am continually challenged. I feel stronger every day and I am looking more and more defined. Pictures don’t really show what I am seeing in the mirror. As the months have progressed I am becoming more confident in my appearance and that my goals are becoming a reality. It doesn’t matter if you are a beginner or experienced lifter, Jay can come with a game plan for you to meet your goals.
He is responsive and will adjust your program as needed to work for you. I would highly recommend working with Jay to anyone.
