I contacted Jay about 9 weeks ago in an attempt to get in the best shape of my life.  I am a 36 year old male who is married with 3 kids.  I have no interest in competing in power lifting, bodybuilding or physique shows.  I am no stranger to the gym either, but I grew frustrated over the years.  I consistently went to the gym 5-6 days a week, but I never saw the progress I wanted.  Sure, I lost a few pounds or benched more over the years, but at the end of the day I was not happy with my physique.

I never met Jay before, but I reached out to him because I noticed he had a diverse clientele and tons of experience.  After emailing back and forth, I felt comfortable with his approach and strategy to achieve my goals.  Nine weeks into the program I have lost 15 lbs and counting.  I can see more definition on my body than ever before.  We email once a week and adjustments are made when appropriate.  I have also emailed Jay several times about various things I have heard over the years and he has always responded in a reasonable amount of time.  The program he comes up with is tailored to fit your goals.  It’s not a cookie cutter program that gets distributed to everyone like some other “coaches”.  Jay’s going to understand your goals and put a program in place for you to achieve those goals.

For the first time, I feel like my goals are in reach.  In all honesty, deciding to hire Jay was one of the smartest things I have done in a while.  I feel great about the progress we have made and look forward to the next several weeks.
