Let’s face it, you want to move well, feel better, be stronger, and look good. You don’t have to fake a facade when someone asks you if you like looking good, that is a HUGE reason why we train!⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
The issue is that hypertrophy itself isn’t about movement and performance markers.

What I do with my online training for Athletic Hypertrophy ™ is simple without being simple. It is hard work without being a burden. It is performance based without worrying about hitting specific performance goals in a certain timeframe. It is a process in which you develop better movement patterns, value your fitness, realize that you don’t live or die by the squat, bench, and deadlift, and focus on training for the sheer goal of: being a fucking badass and looking like one.
This is an all encompassing package of training and diet, you will need access to a gym of some sort, you will need a food scale, you will need to look at training as a way to live better and not as a goal to hit, and you will love this shit.
