My path, my rules, my way

It’s been quite a while since I have written anything for this blog. I said several times I wanted to get back on this horse and just deliver content but everything sidetracked me along the way. No excuse for that, just complete and total apathy towards writing in general.

I have been through a ton of changes in the past few months that have changed me for the better. Some of which were completely unexpected, some were cognizant decisions on my part, all of which I embrace fully.

My training has shifted into strictly aesthetic-type training for the time being. After dealing with the heart issues I decided I didn’t feel like going for broke in the gym like I used to; therefore, I decided to go back to my original roots of looking better naked. I will say that I missed it. I enjoy the volume and when I push myself it isn’t for a max weight, it is for one more rep. A bit of a different feeling over the usual.

Health is improving, the Atrial Fibrillation is fixed. That had lasting ramifications on my mental health besides the effects it had on my physical health. Finally coming to grips with my own mortality made me immediately realize that something needed to change in my life if I was going to live to a ripe old age. Those changes have been implemented and they are continuing to be followed.

There are some things in my life that will continue to keep moving forward as I get ready to enter a new phase of it, but they will be addressed step by step.

I will say that my life has been a journey so far. I can’t even begin to start to tell you the myriad of experiences I have had, the people I have met, the places I have been, and the luck I have had to allow me to be fortunate enough to live my life with the people I love and the career I followed.

I have plans for this webpage, I will be working on updating the design. I actually attempted it tonight to see what I could come up with and almost busted my WordPress installation. Thank Christ for backups.

Seminars will be happening down the line and I am excited to start working on those.

My business is expanding and I am seriously considering bringing on another trainer to grow this with me even more.

I am working on ASS Phase 2 and it will be finished relatively soon. Unfortunately I am a one man show as of now and there are only so many hours in the day to work.

I have developed a training template outside of my ASS program that is working wonders with my clients. This is a template I will be addressing in seminars. It won’t be put into a book because after ASS 2 I probably will not write another ebook again.

All in all I am excited with the path my life is taking. I make my own rules, I do it my way, and I got lucky enough that it is paying off.
