– 225.0 lbs x 5 reps

Still keeping things lighter to rebuild my squat. Front squats were always the bane of my existence so that means I need to do more of them.

** Leg Press **
– 360.0 lbs x 20 reps
– 360.0 lbs x 20 reps
– 360.0 lbs x 20 reps
– 360.0 lbs x 20 reps

45 second break between. Feet close together on these.

** Stiff-Legged Deadlift **
– 225.0 lbs x 10 reps
– 225.0 lbs x 10 reps
– 225.0 lbs x 10 reps

From a 4″ block for more stretch.

** Heavy Band Leg Curls **
– 100 reps

** Leg Press Calf Raise **
– 270.0 lbs x 15 reps
– 270.0 lbs x 15 reps
– 270.0 lbs x 15 reps

** Air Squat **
– 100 reps

Finished off with some crossfit. What?
