I fucking hate front squats, haven’t performed this lift much in the past few years and I suck so bad at them. These were fast, which was the idea, but I better get used to loving them since they will be my primary squat for a while.

Leg Press
4 plates per side

Piston style, feet close together.

Standing Calf Raises
160 x 3 x 15
