I have been doing a lot more hip mobility and stretching lately. It has been helping me a great deal with my sumo deadlifts. The pain is starting to subside and I feel better in the hole again. Granted its just a deload week, but last week the pain started even with 275 on the bar.

The planks are strengthening my abs like nothing else I ever did and they are staying in my rotation.

One more day of light weight shit before the deload week is over.
