Goals shifting slightly, time to ramp up the brain and get shit together.

Bench

Rested for a nice long cup o tea on my upper chest

DB Bench
110 x 3 x 8

Machine Fly
150 x 3 x 12

Because I am still a vain bastard at heart.

Tate Press
45 x 4 x 12

Rope Pressdowns
110 x 15
110 x 15
100 x 15
90 x 15
80 x 15

30s rest between the 5 set stuff. Triceps were tapping out quickly after the press bonanza.

I have some work to do after doing all BB-type stuff for a while, but if I do this right I can have the best of both worlds and be happy with the outcome.

Time will tell.
