Due to a temporary change in training schedule because of leg day being yesterday, I did shoulders and biceps today.

Spider Crawls
3 x 60s each

DB Laterals
25 x 3 x 15

Incline Rear Delt Flies
35 x 3 x 12

Front Raises
45 x 3 x 12

DB Curls
35 x 3 x 12

Machine Preacher Curls
70 x 5 x 10

Nothing crazy, just a solid punch the clock day.
