Random bullshit lower body day.

I’ve been doing extra work on my legs a second day, nothing too nuts as I don’t want to overdo it before sessions on Sunday, but enough to get a little something in.

Leg Curls
90 x 15
130 x 3 x 15
130 x 15 partial reps

Leg Extensions
110 x 15
150 x 2 x 15
170 x 10 x 8 x 6 x 5 x 4 x 2

Took 4-6 seconds rest between “sets” on that last one, those kind of sucked.

70 x 20

Super Slow, 3 second flex at top.

Reverse Hyper, slow
40 x 3 x 15

Seated Calf Raises
140 x 3 x 12
