Leg Press

3 count down, hold and press up. Didn’t lock out at the top.
360 x 30
Just down and up for as many as I could without resting. Quads were burning like hell after this.

Smith Machine Lunges
95 x 3 x 8

275 x 3 x 10

Legs were jello doing these. Weight wasn’t the problem, it was the newborn deer look to me.

DB Stiff Leg DL

Seated Calf Raises
