Training day 01-28-2014 Training with Matt Dawson

I took a rare deviation from my order and it worked wonders.

I trained with local pro-strongman and aspiring bodybuilder Matt Dawson today. Matt is sponsored by Juggernaut Training. I usually don’t have training partners because I do enjoy my solitude in the gym training, but Matt pushed me to another level today and did an extraordinary amount of volume in a very short amount of time. From the first exercise to the last we were pushing each other and taking each set to town.
