JM Press on Incline with bands (smith machine)
45 x 8

185 x 3 x 8

Tate Press
50 x 3 x 10

Pinwheel Curls
40 x 3 x 10

Cable Curls
117 x 3 x 12

Everything was flexed hard on the concentric of each rep. Had to lighten the load on biceps to really get the hard flex going but I could feel a major difference.

This is bodybuilding 101 but its something we have to remind ourselves from time to time.
