Did these differently today. I placed 1o# plates below my heels with a very close stance (about 12-14″ wide), dropped down for a 5 count until my hamstrings were almost touching my calves and then came up.

Makes them very challenging, even at a lighter weight.

DB Leg Curl
65 x 3 x 10

DB RDL
85 x 4 x 12

Chest Supported Rows
90 x 3 x 20
