Stopped there today because I wanted to. My speed from the floor needs work and the goal today was pull until it felt slow off the floor.

Barbell Glute Bridges

Buffalo Bar 45 degree extensions

Held bar on back like a squat and went to town.

Pullups

I am going to revamp my split some starting next week a little.
