Decided to simplify the leg days some and start doing a very light wrap on my knees to alleviate the pain of squatting.
Doing that today helped tremendously with discomfort, which also helped greatly in allowing me to push more weight on the leg press.
The wrap isn’t tight at all, I am barely pulling it across the knee, but it is enough for extra support beyond a neoprene sleeve which will allow me to not worry about the knee and worry more about getting my work in.
Time to grow again.
