My 39th birthday came and went. I don’t feel different, I didn’t implode and I didn’t develop a case of the superolds overnight (yet).

So I did some legs today.

SSB Box Squats
Bar x 10
190 x 10
240 x 8
280 x 8
330 x 8
400 x 3 x 8

EFS Power Squat
180 x 12
230 x 3 x 12

Love this damn machine, it destroys my quads and ass… and not in the 10-15 in max security kind of destroy either.

Single Leg Press
140 x 3 x 15

Quads were a little smoked so did these lighter.

Leg Extensions
120 x 3 x 15

GHR
3 x 8

Lying Leg Curls
140 x 3 x 10
140 x 6
160 x 8; 120 x 10; 80 x 16 (Drop Set)

Standing Calf Raises
140 x 3 x 15
