Shoulders and biceps, what???

Pure straight bodybuilding I guess…. feels like my soul is crumbling doing this, but a huge part of me enjoys what I am doing right now.

Pretty damn good workout, I am enjoying the extra volume for each bodypart so we will see how the extra recovery helps growth. Right now weights are suffering a little bit as I get used to the extra load per day.

Doing shoulders the day after chest was also new to me…. well new as in the past 15 years.
