Set 1: 180 lbs × 15 minutes
Set 2: 270 lbs × 15 minutes
Didn’t count sets here, just pulled and rested as needed. Walking of course.

BLAST STRAP ROWS

Set 2: 15 reps
Set 3: 15 reps

BLAST STRAP PULLAPARTS
Set 1: 15
Set 2: 15
Set 3: 15

BLAST STRAP CURLS
Set 1: 15 reps
Set 2: 15 reps
Set 3: 15 reps

BLAST STRAP TRICEPS
Set 1: 15 reps
Set 2: 15 reps
