Training day 08-25-2013

Very bad workout. I took a little too much pre-workout and it affected me in a weird way.

Instead of giving me a boost, it gave me a feeling like I popped 4 ludes.

Not a fun feeling for squats

Set 3: 225 lbs × 8
Set 4: 225 lbs × 8
Set 5: 275 lbs × 8
Set 6: 275 lbs × 8
Set 7: 315 lbs × 8
Set 8: 315 lbs × 8

SINGLE LEG HAMSTRING CURLS
Set 1: 70 lbs × 12
Set 2: 70 lbs × 12
Set 3: 70 lbs × 12

HEAVY BAND TKE
Set 1: 265 lbs × 20
Set 2: 265 lbs × 20
Set 3: 265 lbs × 20

SEATED CALF RAISES
Set 1: 125 lbs × 15
Set 2: 125 lbs × 15
Set 3: 125 lbs × 15

Cut the volume down today because I wanted to sleep on the gym turf while listening to Cream.
