Training day 08-21-2013

Today’s volume filled lower body workout was NOT easy.

HAMSTRING CURLS
Set 1: 90 lbs × 15
Set 2: 130 lbs × 15
Set 3: 130 lbs × 15
Set 4: 130 lbs × 15

LEG PRESS
Set 1: 180 lbs × 15
Set 2: 360 lbs × 15
Set 3: 450 lbs × 15
Set 4: 450 lbs × 15
Set 5: 450 lbs × 15

Slowly increasing the weight to favor my left knee, seems to be working. I hate working around shit but the knee is getting better. I keep reminding myself, “be smart, Ashman, be fucking smart”

PULL THROUGHS
Set 1: 170 lbs × 15
Set 2: 170 lbs × 15
Set 3: 170 lbs × 15

LEG EXTENSION
Set 1: 90 lbs × 100

100 reps blew.

ROMANIAN DEADLIFTS
Set 1: 135 lbs × 6
Set 2: 225 lbs × 6
Set 3: 315 lbs × 6
Set 4: 405 lbs × 6
Set 5: 455 lbs × 3
Ended the leg blast with heavy RDL. I liked the way they stretched me out after the day and I liked the fact that I could suck up enough walking ability to get these done.

BODYWEIGHT CALF RAISES
Set 1: 100 reps
