This is a post-surgery first for me. Before the surgery I had a hard time doing this with the lack of mobility, but since I have been working on upper body mobility more often, these are much easier.

SIDE LATERALS
Set 1: 25 lbs × 15
Set 2: 25 lbs × 15

CHINUPS

Set 5: 5 reps

Another post-surgery first. Now that I can do chinups again, I am pretty much back on full steam ahead with everything in the gym.

All except tire flips, fuck those.
