BENCH
Set 1: 135 lbs × 10
Set 2: 185 lbs × 10
Set 3: 225 lbs × 10
Set 4: 275 lbs × 8
Set 5: 275 lbs × 8
Set 6: 225 lbs × 10
Its time to push it harder.
275 for sets today, easy as shit but still taking it step by step. Muscular endurance will take a little time to come back but looks like the strength will come back easy.

DUMBBELL FLIES
Set 1: 50 lbs × 12
Set 2: 50 lbs × 10
Set 3: 50 lbs × 10

Forgot how utterly shitty these are. If you enjoy feeling like someone is peeling your chest apart from the armpits, do these. The swole was hard.

CABLE UPRIGHT ROW
Set 1: 130 lbs × 15
Set 2: 130 lbs × 15
Set 3: 130 lbs × 15

CLOSE GRIP LAT PULLDOWNS
Set 1: 170 lbs × 10
Set 2: 170 lbs × 10
Set 3: 170 lbs × 10

BARBELL CURLS
Set 1: 45 lbs × 100

ROPE PRESSDOWNS
Set 1: 90 lbs × 25
Set 2: 90 lbs × 25
Set 3: 90 lbs × 25

Workout was completed in about an hour. Lately I have been pushing myself to get lifting done rather quickly.
Its my cardio, judge if you want, but I hate cardio.
On a scale note, I am down to the skinny weight of 263. I have dropped 8 pounds since inhaling more food than a Chinese village.
Its all in the macros and the cycling of carbs. Its not bro-science, its science.
