Training day 08-04-2013

Decided to do some squat reps today. Its the first time I did anything over a set of 4 for a working set on squats in quite a long time and I expected to be humbled fully.

SQUAT
Set 1: 111 lbs × 5
Set 2: 155 lbs × 8
Set 3: 198 lbs × 8
Set 4: 220 lbs × 8
Set 5: 275 lbs × 8
Set 6: 275 lbs × 8
Set 7: 275 lbs × 8
Set 8: 275 lbs × 8

Fuck reps. Seriously… fuck them.

Set 2: 20

KB SWINGS
Set 1: 53 lbs × 25
Set 2: 53 lbs × 25
Set 3: 53 lbs × 25

ERECTOR EXTENSIONS WITH CHAINS!!!!!!!
Set 1: 60 lbs × 12
Set 2: 60 lbs × 12
Set 3: 60 lbs × 12

Chains in exclamation points because its not hardcore unless its with chains.

SEATED CALF RAISES
Set 1: 90 lbs × 15
Set 2: 90 lbs × 15
Set 3: 90 lbs × 15
