I am real happy about this one. This is the first 200+ press since the injury/rehab. It was relatively easy and a test for pushing it with the recovery. Could I have gotten more? Yes, but as with anything, good things come to those who wait. 😉

BAND RESISTED PUSHUPS

Set 4: 160 lbs × 15

CABLE CURLS

TRICEP PRESSDOWNS
Set 1: 170 lbs × 15
Set 2: 170 lbs × 15
Set 3: 170 lbs × 24

I rest/paused the final set here for the hell of it. I live for the pump…
