Training day 07-22-2013

Diet is getting dialed in, I am slowly leaning up while getting “fuller” and the lifts are following suit.

CLOSE GRIP INCLINE
Set 1: 45 lbs × 8
Set 2: 95 lbs × 5
Set 3: 135 lbs × 5
Set 4: 155 lbs × 8
Set 5: 175 lbs × 8
Set 6: 185 lbs × 10
Set 7: 185 lbs × 10
Set 8: 185 lbs × 10

Still have a slight “deer in headlights” feel to my left arm which is kind of shitty when a bar is directly over your face.

But I am pushing the weight up, feels good…

CABLE CROSSOVERS
Set 1: 77 lbs × 15
Set 2: 77 lbs × 15
Set 3: 77 lbs × 15

I was swole chasing today. Its kind of like tornado chasing but with much less chance of death.

Unless you take insulin, then your are stupid.

ARNOLD PRESS
Set 1: 45 lbs × 20
Set 2: 45 lbs × 20
Set 3: 45 lbs × 20

NEUTRAL GRIP LAT PULLDOWNS
Set 1: 150 lbs × 15
Set 2: 150 lbs × 15
Set 3: 150 lbs × 15

BARBELL CURLS
Set 1: 45 lbs × 100

DUMBBELL EXTENSIONS
Set 1: 30 lbs × 20
Set 2: 30 lbs × 20
Set 3: 30 lbs × 20

This was a fun workout. Why? I had a massive fucking pump when I got done. I loaded up on carbs post workout and right now, typing this, I can barely move my arms.

God I love that.
