Training day 07-15-2013

Benched again, more weight this time. Sticking to the plan of slowly creeping it back up to levels that aren’t what a teenage girl does.

Bicep tears do that to a man.

Progress is coming along nicely with the bicep.

Its also a high carb day, I already swallowed 300 grams of carbs and I have 300 more to go from now until bed.

Something tells me a coma will happen before 11PM.

Then I will wake up leaner.

You hate me, don’t you?
