On the last rep of the working sets I held in the midpoint position as long as I could

45° BACK EXT W STRONG BAND
Set 1: 10 reps

Set 3: 10 reps

CHEST SUPPORTED ROW
Set 1: 90 lbs × 20
Set 2: 90 lbs × 20
Set 3: 90 lbs × 20

Held scapula in retraction for the entire 3 sets.
