Decided to train arms today on their own. Lighter weights are the left arm.

DUMBBELL CURLS
Set 1: 35 lbs × 15
Set 2: 8 lbs × 15
Set 3: 35 lbs × 15
Set 4: 10 lbs × 15
Set 5: 35 lbs × 15
Set 6: 10 lbs × 15

CABLE CURLS
Set 1: 65 lbs × 12
Set 2: 65 lbs × 12
Set 3: 65 lbs × 12

HAMMER CURLS
Set 1: 10 lbs × 20
Set 2: 10 lbs × 20
Set 3: 10 lbs × 20

Used both arms on the rope.

ROPE PRESSDOWNS
Set 1: 110 lbs × 15
Set 2: 110 lbs × 15
Set 3: 110 lbs × 15
Set 4: 70 lbs × 20
Set 5: 70 lbs × 20
Set 6: 70 lbs × 20

Needed to lift today, mind is going all over the map but I couldn’t squat, that’s tomorrow. And tomorrow’s squat day will be quite volume filled…
