Much better workout today, much better.

Kept the pace fast, rest periods short. Put my headphones on and just went to work.

The pre-workout combined with a plethora of Carnivore, Blood for Blood, Lars Fredricksen and the Bastards, Anthrax, Agnostic Front and many more drove this one today.

Again, the right arm is looking mighty happy with the progress, while the left arm is still waiting to be set free into the world of the swole once again.
