Training day 05-13-2013

The brace should come off in about two weeks, which is good news. The not-so-good news is that it will take time before I am back to true full speed with the left arm.

The funny news is that my left are looks like someone who would roll up their sleeves to show off non-existent gunz. But, alas, muscle has memory and before you know it, my left arm will be back to its swole status soon.

Meanwhile on the right side…

I am not sure what the hell to call this ab exercise I did. It was about as loco as it gets for me, and I can only describe it as a KB pullover to a situp to a press. One hand, of course.

My abs are in fucking pain right now. I’d sooner eat cabeza than do that shit again. Which only means that I will be doing them again since its plainly obvious those things work pretty damn good.
