SAFETY SQUAT BAR SQUAT – 3CT PAUSE
Set 1: 75 lbs × 3
Set 2: 165 lbs × 3
Set 3: 235 lbs × 3
Set 4: 255 lbs × 3
Set 5: 305 lbs × 2
Set 6: 345 lbs × 2

Pushing it up slowly… last set was easy, fast and I can’t wait until I get under a real bar again and cleared to go balls to the wall… for now I am taint against the door… just roll with it.
BAND LEG CURLS WITH MEDIUM BAND
Set 1: 100 reps total
Screw these, they suck, they burn but they feel so good afterwards with the wicked hamstring pump.

DB SPLIT SQUATS
Set 1: 25 lbs × 10
Set 2: 40 lbs × 10
Set 3: 40 lbs × 10

Another one of Satan’s chosen lifts. This is the preferred exercise in the 7th level of Hell as written by Dante Alighieri. Its in there, look at the book, its somewhere in there. Plus I know you are impressed I used that name in a lifting blog.

CABLE ROWS
Set 1: 60 lbs × 25
Set 2: 60 lbs × 25
Set 3: 60 lbs × 25

CABLE CURLS
Set 1: 70 lbs × 15
Set 2: 70 lbs × 15
Set 3: 70 lbs × 15

The rest was a routine pump day.

I do love my pause squats though.

Solid session today, I am frothing at the mouth like a rabid dog ready to start hitting real weights soon.

I got plans, I got goals, I gots to get this started.
