Today I worked late, was rushing like a man possessed, got to the gym late, had to blow off some steam, and had a good workout.
On the e-book side, I am working on formatting with the help of a very good friend, in fact the editing and formatting is all being done by some solid ass people I know. The cover is a little different than most. I think you will like it, and if you don’t… oh well, its my cover, its my book and the content inside is helping testers, clients and lifters achieve new gains in size, muscularity and strength.
Yes, I know its taking a long time, but that’s how I am. I am a one man operation, not a team, and I will put it out when I feel the time is right. I am happy my testers/clients are seeing some insane results, there WILL be before and after pics soon, there will be lifting stats from some of them soon, and all of them are happy with what they are seeing.
