Training day 02-19-2013

To keep in shape I need cardio.

I’m not blessed with tons of AAS to be able to rip fat off me with no conditioning and carb back loading. My large ass has to work at it.

Today was treadmill sprints.

30s on 60s off

Started with 7.0 and worked up to 11.0 mph on a 4.0 incline.

As I was praying to the virgin mary for forgiveness on the one 11.0 sprint, the treadmill broke. Yes, broke. Well at least shutdown mid sprint.

So I moved my mammoth ass to the next one and did it again.

I should have taken that as a sign, but I don’t believe in signs. I believe in getting shit done.
