11-07-2012 Workout

The last few days have been rough on me. Today’s workout was me beating my own ass in the gym just because I needed it. Started off with some German Volume Training on squats and it went from there….

SQUAT
Set 1: 135 lbs x 5
Set 2: 225 lbs x 10
Set 3: 225 lbs x 10
Set 4: 225 lbs x 10
Set 5: 225 lbs x 10
Set 6: 225 lbs x 10
Set 7: 225 lbs x 10
Set 8: 225 lbs x 10
Set 9: 225 lbs x 10
Set 10: 225 lbs x 10
Set 11: 225 lbs x 10

These straight up sucked. Hard.

HAMSTRING CURLS
Set 1: 210 lbs x 9
Set 2: 170 lbs x 5
Set 3: 130 lbs x 5
Set 4: 90 lbs x 5
Set 5: 50 lbs x 8

One bit strip set for leg curls.

SEATED DUMBBELL SHRUGS
Set 1: 120 lbs x 12
Set 2: 120 lbs x 12
Set 3: 120 lbs x 12

CHINUPS
Set 1: 8 reps
Set 2: 8 reps
Set 3: 8 reps
Set 4: 8 reps

CABLE CURLS
Set 1: 150 lbs x 12
Set 2: 150 lbs x 12
Set 3: 150 lbs x 12

STANDING ABS
Set 1: 100 lbs x 12
Set 2: 100 lbs x 12
Set 3: 100 lbs x 12

Quite an exhausting workout… seriously needed it
