Everytime I do an explosive lift I want to punt a baby in the street. I need to get my power back, so I need to tweak my template to include more explosive work.

My push press SUCKS!! I mean like epic suck, I can press that, how in the hell does my push press suck so bad… oh I know, I don’t do any power training…
