10-22-2012 Workout

INCLINE BENCH
Set 1: 45 lbs x 10
Set 2: 135 lbs x 5
Set 3: 185 lbs x 5
Set 4: 225 lbs x 5
Set 5: 245 lbs x 5
Set 6: 275 lbs x 5
Set 7: 315 lbs x 3
Set 8: 225 lbs x 10

Lost the groove on the 315 for some reason after the 3rd rep. Don’t know how it happened but rep 4 was a bad fail. Should have gotten 5-6 but had help with the bar and just decided to do a drop set. I do close grip for inclines and the bar path is about 10 miles.

PENDLAY ROWS
Set 1: 135 lbs x 8
Set 2: 225 lbs x 8
Set 3: 225 lbs x 8
Set 4: 225 lbs x 8
Set 5: 225 lbs x 8

LAYING REAR DELT RAISES
Set 1: 20 lbs x 15
Set 2: 20 lbs x 10
Set 3: 20 lbs x 12

TRICEP PRESSDOWNS
Set 1: 190 lbs x 13
Set 2: 190 lbs x 13
Set 3: 190 lbs x 13
