FRONT SQUAT
Set 1: 45 lbs x 6
Set 2: 135 lbs x 3
Set 3: 185 lbs x 2
Set 4: 225 lbs x 2
Set 5: 275 lbs x 2
Set 6: 315 lbs x 2
Set 7: 345 lbs x 2

Blacked out after last set, I HATE front squats and I think I won’t be doing them too often anymore. 345 wasn’t heavy at all but the bar pressure cut off circulation and caused the blackout.  I don’t need to keel over with a bar over me when I have no spotter.

SNATCH GRIP SLDL
Set 1: 135 lbs x 8
Set 2: 225 lbs x 8
Set 3: 255 lbs x 8

CLOSE GRIP LAT PULLDOWNS
Set 1: 170 lbs x 12
Set 2: 170 lbs x 12
Set 3: 170 lbs x 12

MID BACK SHRUGS
Set 1: 315 lbs x 12
Set 2: 315 lbs x 12

FAT BAR CURLS
Set 1: 45 lbs x 100
