10-11-2012 Workout

SQUAT
Set 1: 45 lbs x 5
Set 2: 135 lbs x 5
Set 3: 225 lbs x 4
Set 4: 315 lbs x 4
Set 5: 405 lbs x 4

Moderate day for squatting. Took a video of this lift and I had at least 3 more reps in me. These 4 reps were easy, but I had a goal of 405×4 today and I kept to it, maybe could have went heavier being that this wasn’t hard at all, but I’ll save that for the ME day.

WEIGHTED 45 DEGREE BACK EXT
Set 1: 35 lbs x 12
Set 2: 35 lbs x 12
Set 3: 35 lbs x 12

CHINUPS
Set 1: 8 reps
Set 2: 8 reps
Set 3: 8 reps

SHRUGS
Set 1: 405 lbs x 12
Set 2: 405 lbs x 12
Set 3: 405 lbs x 12
