High bar. Close stance. This had me smiling today. It’s coming around.

WALKING LUNGES

KIRK ROWS
Set 1: 135 lbs x 20
Set 2: 155 lbs x 20

NEUTRAL GRIP PULLUPS
Set 1: 8 reps
Set 2: 8 reps
Set 3: 8 reps

BARBELL CURLS
Set 1: 45 lbs x 99
