For some reason these felt exceptionally hard today. Maybe the fact that I went close stance and ass to grass had something to do with it.

WEIGHTED 45 DEGREE BACK EXT
Set 1: 25 lbs x 10
Set 2: 25 lbs x 10

CABLE CURLS

Set 2: 145 lbs x 10
Set 3: 145 lbs x 10

HANGING LEG WIPERS
Set 1: 10 reps
Set 2: 10 reps
