Felt strong on these today.

Accessory work was lighter stuff, after yesterday’s great workout, I knew I would be a little sore overall so instead of trying to kill the accessory work, I opted to slow it down.

PUSHUPS
Set 1: 20 reps
Set 2: 16 reps
Set 3: 17 reps

BATWING
Set 1: 35 lbs x 30 seconds
Set 2: 35 lbs x 25 seconds
Set 3: 35 lbs x 22 seconds

BAND PULL APARTS WITH MEDIUM BAND
Set 1: 20
Set 2: 17
Set 3: 17
