Set 3: 225 lbs x 2
Set 4: 275 lbs x 1
Set 5: 315 lbs x 1
Set 6: 365 lbs x 1
Set 7: 405 lbs x 1

Barely missed 435 today. Something is working well because I’m dropping weight and getting stronger. My bench is very weight dependent. As I get heavier, it does. And the fact that it is getting better tells me the programming and my diet is working for me.
