Cardio day….

Didn’t feel like doing cardio at my usual gym because its a 15 minute drive from my place and the gym across the street has a rowing machine, which I haven’t done in ages, so I went there to fire up some intervals.

5-250m sprint intervals
Average pace was 1:45/500m
1:00 rest between intervals

8 mins elliptical low intensity

Yes, I actually was going to not do anything today, but a little cardio is good for the soul.
