Recent PR, been a while since I had 255 on the strict press, want to get 275 eventually

WEIGHTED DIPS
Set 1: 65 lbs x 6
Set 2: 65 lbs x 6
Set 3: 65 lbs x 10

Started off too heavy and had to warmup, bad weight choice right off the bat, should have done a couple sets unweighted first

BAND PULL APARTS W MEDIUM BAND
Set 1: 20
Set 2: 20
Set 3: 13

BAND PRESSDOWNS W MEDIUM BAND
Set 1: 20
Set 2: 15
