SQUAT
Set 1: 45 lbs x 5
Set 2: 135 lbs x 5
Set 3: 225 lbs x 5
Set 4: 315 lbs x 3
Set 5: 405 lbs x 5

For some reason my left knee was screaming today so I had to sit way back to alleviate the pain. Smart? Maybe not…. But I got a nice little 5 rep weight up regardless. Would have been better if I didn’t have to modify my style on the fly.

TRAP BAR DEADLIFT
Set 1: 155 lbs x 8
Set 2: 245 lbs x 8
Set 3: 335 lbs x 8
Set 4: 425 lbs x 8

These were easy and moving along in the deadlift rehab

SHRUGS
Set 1: 315 lbs x 10
Set 2: 495 lbs x 10
Set 3: 495 lbs x 10

CHINUPS
Set 1: 10 reps
Set 2: 7 reps
Set 3: 9 reps

BAND CURLS
Set 1: 80 lbs x 20
Set 2: 80 lbs x 17
Set 3: 80 lbs x 17
