DEADLIFT
Set 1: 135 lbs x 5
Set 2: 225 lbs x 5
Set 3: 315 lbs x 5
Set 4: 405 lbs x 5
Set 5: 455 lbs x 5

Form work. Back was tight as balls today and getting loose was hell so kept it light.

3CT PAUSE SQUAT
Set 1: 135 lbs x 6
Set 2: 225 lbs x 6
Set 3: 315 lbs x 6
Set 4: 315 lbs x 6
Set 5: 315 lbs x 6

Legs smoked for some reason. Then again doing pause squats at this rep range tends to sap your will to live.

1:30 rest between

HAMSTRING CURLS
Set 1: 150 lbs x 10
Set 2: 150 lbs x 10
Set 3: 150 lbs x 10

:45 rest

BATWING
Set 1: 30 lbs x 35 seconds
Set 2: 30 lbs x 27 seconds
Set 3: 30 lbs x 20 seconds

Isometric holds. :30 rest between each.

SHRUGS
Set 1: 405 lbs x 10
Set 2: 405 lbs x 10
Set 3: 405 lbs x 10

EZ BAR CURLS
Set 1: 115 lbs x 10
Set 2: 115 lbs x 10
Set 3: 115 lbs x 10
