Set 6: 565 lbs x 2

Done in medley format. Descending weights. 2 total sets.

STONE LOADS
Set 1: 215 lbs x 2
Set 2: 215 lbs x 2
Set 3: 215 lbs x 2

Form work. Done to a 60″ platform. Again, it’s been ages.
