SEATED DB CLEANS
Set 1: 30 lbs x 10
Set 2: 30 lbs x 10
Set 3: 30 lbs x 10

Elliptical 15m moderate pace.

Sore today so kept everything light and easy. Yesterday was a heavyish workout so no need to push when smoked up.
